I have got a very lovely 4 foot hutch for my gang to use during the hot weather.

It has arrived flatpacked of course as they all do.

Now in your experiences is it better to

a) Paint it before putting it together

b)Put it together and then paint it.

c) first coat flat packed and then second coat when put together to 'seal it '

I am using the garden safe paint from Wilkos (when I can find it) or Homebase do a similar thing I think.

I was also wondering about floor tiles for the sides as well........

Opinions please.

Thank you

I would probably say put together then paint as that is what I did, as you could see all of what needs to be done :)
Hope I helped and good luck with the painting :)

Actually other Way round sorry. We put it together then took it apart then together again (silly I know) so maybe paint then put together.
Sorry lol

Haha, what colours?
Mine are cream on inside and brown on outside
:)

Pale green all over with somekind of darker green stencil :)

Typically the sun has come out and I am flat out busy for the next few days!

xx

I think i would paint then put together, then when its together if you need to or have missed anything you can go over it again.

What size is the hutch? Where did you get it from? x

It's a 4ft cumfy pets hutch. It used to be mine but i changed my mind as I wanted something bigger for a possible addition next year x
