Hi,

I have two (just over) one year old sows - Elphie and Glinda. During the day on weekdays they are in their hutch but for most of the evening they are on the floor playing. Just wondering for their hutch if anyone had ideas on what ways I could provide them with enrichment seeing as neither of them have any interest in toys.

Thanks :)

Fill paper bags with forage/hays. Cardboard boxes with holes cut in them. Toilet roll tubes stuffed with hay (cut along so they can't get head stuck.) probably toys with food if they don't like just toys.

Thanks, we have done the toilet roll tubes before and they seemed to enjoy it (while they lasted) so we might revist that and some of the other options there :)

Chock loves toilet rolls with or with out hay stuffed in them
Also he loves his cardboard box with 2 holes in it with hay inside so he can iether hang out in it or run through it
I recycle my old paper meds bags by filling them with hay
Chock enjoys shredding them
