So a few months ago my guinea pig Ivy had a uti, was fine after that then had bladder stones, medicine got rid of them, she had another uti a week ago. But now after the medicine is done she still smells really bad, it’s like a fish smell and she’s constantly hungry, like I’ll give her a vegetable, leave for five minutes and come back to her squeaking and up at the cage for more, or crying for food at 3am. She should be done with her uti, does she need more medicine or what?

Can you confirm when the UtI occurred, what treatment she was given for the UTI and how long the course was?
Is she still displaying symptoms of a UTI - pain and blood when urinating etc? A smell can mean the infection is still there.
Has bacteria been confirmed in the urine? If it is ongoing, and she is still experiencing pain after an extensive course of treatment it may be the course wasn’t long enough, it wasn’t the right antibiotic or she has a non bacterial form (sterile cystitis).
What was the treatment for bladder stones? Normally a piggy with stones needs surgery to remove a stone, a very small stone can sometimes be passed by a sow (not so easy in boars)

Its normal for a piggy to beg for veg. Hay is their main food source so it needs to be constantly available and refreshed regularly - a piggy with lots of hay won’t be hungry but will still ask for veg you just don’t give in if they have already had their one cup of veg per day.
Have you been weighing her daily while she is unwell and on her course of antibiotics?

Her first uti occurred around October 30th, we gave her Enrofloxacin Susp 22mg, twice a day for 7 days. She was fine until she needed to go back again November 7th for a X-ray and they found bladder stones, which then they gave us Potass Citrate and Hydrochlorot, both giving her 0.1 ml every twelve hours, honestly not sure how long it was but we gave her for five days around. When giving her that medicine it made her super hungry and thirsty, honestly begging and wanting more even if I just gave her stuff. Her cage smelled like fish it was horrible. Then she got over that but then her crotch area was wet which meant she was experiencing another uti, and the fishy smell came back with her pooping more than usual. We gave her the usual which was Enrofloxacin Susp (22 mg) for 7 days, twice a day and the day we got the medicine was December 22. She seems fine now and it’s not really wet down there but I feel like she needs a bath to clean herself up from her second uti she just had. But she still is honestly hungry and pooping a lot, I just cleaned her cage and she kept pulling hay out of her wood thing, and everytime I entered my room or it completely being silent in my room she would squeak and be up at the cage for food. I feed her pellets and she doesn’t eat them as much as she probably should. I sometime hear he squeak when pooping or having a poop stuck in her butt but there is no blood, the smell was still horrible. When she was taking her medicine for her bladder stones she lost about half a pound and gained it back after that, she has been always a chunky pig around 2.5 pounds maybe.

I noticed her experiencing pain during pooping a long time ago, I posted about it asking what it could be, and I told my mother which didn’t believe me so honestly her bladder stones have been in there for almost half a year or so, they said she didn’t need surgery after giving her another x ray after being done with the medicine. The vet we go to don’t really specialize in guinea pigs but has most knowledge but they did say she needed more medicine for her second uti, I’m not really sure what they said exactly, but if you need anymore details I can do my best to explain, also sorry for taking a long time to respond I am in high school and busy with that.

Now after cleaning her cage and hours later, I am finding red stains in the new bedding, assuming blood and it still smells like fish. I will be contacting the vet tomorrow.

It is good you are contacting the vet - she definitely needs to be seen again.
When one of my pigs had a bladder infection it actually took 2 different antibiotics to clear it up, and each time she was one them for 14 days, so a month in total.
If the first one isn't working the vet may need to try a different antibiotic or increase the dose.
