Hi all, my daughter has recently had a cold and everytime she fed or went near the piggies she wore gloves and a mask. The cold has cleared up now but she has a cough and blocked up nose, she feels fine in herself though so I was wondering if she will be ok handling the piggies now? Is it still contagious to them? :)

I’m basically permanently choked with the cold, and I didn’t know it could be passed on to them, so I’ve never really taken any precautions...

I’m not sure either, I am full of cold... giving the boys a wide berth at the moment! Would be good to know though...

Viral colds are generally not transmittable but we recommend good hygiene with hand washing etc.
