How would you take this away?

So say a guinea pig has been on a vitamin C tablet for a while, and you want to take it way and integrate into veggies. I saw somewhere on this forum that if you just take away all that vitamin C really quickly that they get scurvy like symptoms. So if you wanted to stop them would you slowly take them way?

You probably know by now that I just ask a lot of hypothetical questions.

Correct. Piggies on a healthy diet do not need vit c supplements and we do not recommend supplementing unless there is a medical need to do so or for a short boost to the immune system.
You have to gradually cut down vit c if you’ve been supplementing so as to not cause scurvy

How fast would you take it away? A month? Is that the same for water additives?

I've no idea for a time scale but I think it would also include water additives too
