Rest often, and if needed, take your legs off which is what I presume Bella has done here.
Demand cool, exotic fruits to be delivered to your face and be furious when the delivery slave skims some for herself.
For more flavour, just add a dash of poo.
NEVER use the suspicious cold thing the slave puts in the cage, it could be a bomb. Hide behind it until the slave goes away and then call someone.
And finally, possibly most importantly, if you have a husboar kick him out of the bed and make him sleep on the floor. It’s far too hot for cuddling. He probably smells anyway...
