I've read about quite a few people here using lino in the bottom of their hutches/cages. How did you fasten it? I have a staple gun but am not 100% sure if that is safe for piggies? what do you think?

I'm not one of these people, but I was going to suggest a staple gun. I wouldn't take my word for it though, I could be wrong. Wait until someone else comes along and see if they have any better suggestions :)

Hi KookyK. I've got lino in my boy's hutch and I used a strong adhesive glue. Make sure to get a good seal on the edges, as this is where potential dirt (poo, hay, food can gather) Let is dry completely and air it for a while before you put your piggies back in, just to avoid any fumes. I'd avoid staples. Hope this helps? :)

We secured ours with thin wood around the edge, that way there were no loose corners to tempt a nibble on. Well this was in the bunny hutch, but seemed to work.
