I have this tunnel that they love running through during floor time. The only problem is they pee in it and I was wondering if there was any way to kinda clean it? I don’t want it to constantly get covered in pee and leak through or be uncomfortable for them. I don’t want to use Chemicals that would be bad for them either so I’m not looking to like disinfect it. I’m just wondering what y’all would recommend

You will want to disinfect it as part of the cleaning process.

I would make up some soapy solution with white vinegar added (which is a mild and safe disinfectant) and wipe it out with a sponge. Leave it to air dry.
I would also, after using a soapy solution to wipe it, spray it with F10 - which is a vet grade, animal safe disinfectant, it’s available from Amazon in a ready to use or concentrated form which you then dilute with water into a spray bottle.

The benefit of F10 is that is is very good at disinfecting and kills any bug which could harm the piggies. I use F10 as a deep clean in all my hutches about every six weeks.
White vinegar works as a mild disinfectant but it won’t kill everything.
