One of my guinea pigs, Pat, has always had top front teeth that have a slight gap at the very ends. The vet has said that both his front and back teeth are absolutely fine as they are always perfectly even and the gap doesn’t affect this. I always check as he does sometimes get food stuck in the gap no it is usually easily removed with a careful fingernail. Today I have noticed that the gap looks bigger than it did six months ago. He has no issues whatsoever with eating (eats extremely fast) he maintains a good weight and is absolutely fine. I am just wondering how much individual variation there is with the teeth? So how much they vary from pig to pig and how they change throughout the animals life? Or is this something to be concerned by?
My other pig has immaculate looking incisors (no gap, short and very even) but the vet said she has a slight slant on her molars.

Pictures from today. I will see if I can find the pictures from earlier this year.
