I have seen other threads recommending this. Have found them on ebay and think the 3-5 capacity slide binders will do the trick but could do with an idea of how many I need please. The binders are for A4. The c&c cage set up is 2x5 plus a 1x2 loft (not got it yet but it's ordered!).

Did you cut them then? I was assuming I could just use them as they come. Does that leave bits uncovered?

Yes you need to cut some. Only 1 on each side, so 8 will need cutting. Cutting the easy bit. Sliding the little bliters along is the hard bit. But it does look good with them. I will try and get a photo.

That does look good. Where did you get your red correx from?

Also another stupid question. Will the slide binders for 3-5mm be enough? I don't really understand how thick the correx will be (am going for 2mm correx as have found it on ebay.for £20
Inc p&p for 3 sheets.

My correx is 4mm it was hard to slide the binder on. Should be a lot easier if 2mm thick. I got my correx locally in Banbury.

Thanks. Shame I don't live near Banbury! I've seen some coloured slide binders - I might give those a go as my grids are black and the correx will be too.

We are going to be doing a custom C&C cage for our piggies for their winter set up (try are outdoor piggies over the warmer months). I was worried about them chewing the correx and it's not cheap to buy and I don't want them eating plastic! I haven't seen these slide binders before for cages - are they just the normal binders that you would use to create a folder of paperwork?

Thanks for your help. :)
Yes thats right x

Fab, thank you so much! :)
But make sure you check the width of sheets of paper they are designed to take - some are designed to fit more than a centimetre of paper - they would be too wide. I'm going for ones described as for 3mm-5mm.
