How many piggies would live comfortably in a double tiered hutch W152cm x D61cm?

From those dimensions I'm guessing it's the P@H Rose Cottage? If so, I have the older version of the current one. There's an OAR in the bottom (Old Aged Rabbit) and two pigs above. If it were just for pigs, I'd say anywhere from 4-6. Though I'd only put 4 in first and see how they use it. If they don't like the ramp (the ramp that came with ours was incredibly steep - if we use that hutch for a small herd in future we'll have to make a longer, less steep ramp) then you're effectively confining them to one level, which will be rather cramped!

It is a surprisingly roomy hutch though, especially if both levels are used!

2 - 6 piggies, the ramp on my 2 tier hutch is quite steep but mine manage it just fine with fleece lined on it and a little banister/rail at the side to stop them falling off.

Yeah it looks pretty large, it would only be 4 pigs maximum so I think that would be ok?
It's not definite but I'm thinking about rearranging my piggy accommodation.

I would say two boars or three girls in a pen of that size. We have 10 piggies, 2 sets of 2 boars and 6 girls and they have 12ft x 2.5ft each.

Does anyone know if P@H keep the hutch in store or if its just online because I don't think I've ever seen it?

Redhill one has I think Rose Cottages in stock, but also have the Summer Lodge in store atm for £99, it is pretty much the same size and incredibly well built for a P@H jobby - I have one for my herd of 6 and Mum has one with three pigs in the top and currently storage underneath (I give it till Christmas before there are pigs there too mind you)

The flat pack for the Summer Lodge fits nicely in a BMW 1 series :))

Haha I love how you name the P@H I go to! Maybe we should meet up there? :))

I have a probably silly question - what is the likelihood Doris would accept Frazzle? I kind of know the answer already...

Its about 10 mins from my new flat :))

I would speak to All About The Animals or Wiebke about herd bondings. I didn't think my old girl Noodles would accept JoJo at all but they actually get on quite well and have even be spotted snuggling together!

Frazzle is a very laid back boy which should help :)
