How many Piggies in this hutch

I recently got this hutch as an xmas pressie for the Piggies. I currently have 4 Piggies but would love to get a couple more.

The question is how many Piggies do you think is suitable for this hutch?

i would personally just stick with the 4 and let them have a bit of space to run about. its a nice size for 4 maybe if you add a permanent access run then possibly a couple more but i prefer to have less and let them have space to escape each other etc. i keep a pair of sows in a total of 28sq ft of hutch, and they use every inch of it with their popcorning etc |)

I agree, keep just the 4, it's nicer for them, more space = happier piggies !

I think you could keep up to 6 in there but if you didn't add anymore, the 4 you already have will have lots of room

There are good guidelines at http://www.guineapigcages.com. And note that what they call "minimum" cage sizes really are minimums. Any smaller than they recommend, and your piggies aren't getting to move around enough, which leads to boredom and social problems for them, and also to less interactive piggies who will be less fun for you.
