How Many Piggies Do You Have.

Hi
I'm still very new to piggies and already hooked on them.
I just wondered in general how many do people have?
I have 3 at the moment but I do want more (when I get my shed)

Ps; they had a bad start to life as when I got them they had ring worm. Now treated and all alot happier.

I have ten, two boars and eight sows.They are split into one boar and six sows, two sows and a single boar to go in with the two girls when he is safe
 
ive twenty piggies in total.in one boar pair,and 4 herds of neutered boar and wives,this is really my limit,fot time,vets fees and space,i do find them very rewarding and enjoy cleaning out and interacting with them
 
Currently none :( I've had many in the past. I hope to have more in the future.
 
I have 3 boars. The maximum I've had is 5. I've reduced it down to 3 because there is no guinea pig specialist vet in my area, so any vet visits mean I have to take time off work.

Also, looking after 1 ill pig is tough so I know I couldn't cope with a few pigs ill at the same time.

The council won't provide us with a large bin so I have a limit on the amount of guinea pig waste that I can get rid of each week.
 
Mine are boars too. Still early days as only 12 weeks old so hoping they will continue to live together well. I do have odd rumble strutting and chins up in the air but no fighting. Think Alfie just stating who is the boss.
 
I have 3 and despite promising myself that I would stick with a nice figure of 3 I have just reserved another for collection tomorrow... oh well lol
 
Two boars in a pair, and two sows in a pair. 4 is my limit in terms of budget.
 
I have 2 sows. Only had them 2 weeks - very new to owning guinea pigs!
I might increase that to a maximum of 4 in the future though, but that won't be done deliberately for a little while yet. There is a possibility that my 2 *might* be pregnant as they were housed with 2 boars when I got them at 5 weeks old. I'm hoping they were either late bloomers or otherwise too scared to hump, but I know the possibility of babies arriving in about 5-6 weeks is there so won't be adding more to the brood until I find out if there are more on the way already. If they do have babies I would consider keeping a maximum of 2 girls, would have to rehome any boys.
 
Very cute piggies! I have two girls... I would love to have more, but space/lifestyle precludes me having a larger group right now.
 
We got one, then realized very quickly she needed a friend. Friend was pregnant. We now have 4 sows, 7 months, 5 months, and two 7 week olds
 
not if she has any males unfortunalty. I may keep a sow or two though x if she has males I may ask a local rescue to take them in as I no they do home checks x I have a herd of sows and do not have the money to keep anymore then 12 x I have 9atm x
