Hi all, me again, once again I'm after some advice! We have our boys Basil and Bailey in a C&C cage in our spare room and we'd like to adopt another male bonded pair. Can they live together in the same room but in a different cage as I've read that males live better in pairs. I know we can't have females as fighting can ensue but would males be ok?
Thanks again! :(|)

There is quite a few members that have pairs and they all live in the same room, some don't tho....
I'm sure you'll get some great help once everyone wakes up again :)
awwwwwww it would be lovely if you could adopt/rescue some little ones to a loving forever home x)

My boys live next to one another in CC cages. They seem to be fine with seeing each other there. There was a black correx board so they couldn't see one another when i had two bonded pairs but once I lost one of the boars, I removed the correx so the left out piggy could see the other two and he'd spend his day sitting and watching them, enjoying their presence.

This is my own experience though. :)

Here you can see how they are beside one another with the correx between them.

They are usually absolutely fine, i would say either better with their cages on top of each other, or if next with a board between the 2 so no one has an excuse be be a grouch.

I had 3 pairs of boys all right next to each other in a shed ( much smaller than a room!) and never had any issues, i now have a sow in the mix and there is still no aggression amongst the boys.

I have quite a few pairs of boys in the same room :) at the moment I have cages everywhere but will be getting a tier cage to go beside my other one. I will put board between them though so they can't annoy each other :)

So it appears I did allow two more piggies! haha :D
