Senior Guinea Pig
Hi everyone. Last Friday i placed an order for a new cage for the girls. Their current cage is falling apart and they were well in need of a new cage, so i bought them a c&c cage.
As i say i placed an order on Friday and that evening a paypal order for money was sent and accepted.
On Tuesday i sent an email asking when the cage would be delivered as by now the girls cage is bowed badly and the doors are hanging off.
They replied back that evening saying Thursday or Friday delivery, but she would email me when the cage was dispatched.
Today is Friday and i have not had an email yet to say its even been dispatched yet..let alone due for delivery today. I don't want to pester an email again after a few days to ask if its on its way....as she said she would email when its ready. ...But i am worried about how long the cage the girls are in will hold up. I have an emergency cage, but its smaller and the girls need plenty of space. Worse comes the worse i will section off my bedroom floor and let them free range... but long term its not the most practical thing keeping them on my bedroom floor for a week or so.
Do you think I should email and ask if the cage has been dispatched? or do you thin k they meant next Thursday/Friday?
I wanted to build the cage this week end as I am free all week end...something that's rare as i usually babysit my niece. That's part of the reason i ordered last week as according the reviews most peoples cages came quickly within a few days...
Am i being too pushy? I don't mean to be stressy...i am just quite stressed with work and life at the moment and just nothing seems to be going right...
