How Intelligent are your piggies?

Ive had my 2 boys just over a week and wondered if they can be litter trained? I managed to train my 3 bunnys quite easily and noticed the boys do their business in the same spot.

How intelligent are piggies? do yours have any special talents? inbreeding

Litter training is hit or miss, some pigs are just cleaner than others. If you have found yours to be a favouring a corner pop a litter tray in said corner and see how they do. I have a corner litter tray and keep the water bottle above it and only find the odd stray poos in their igloo or elsewhere in the cage

Garry and Minty are randomers regarding where they go...no special talents there!

Dave is a darling and he uses the corners of the cage. Unfortunatley, he lives with Ben who poos where he wishes...rolleyes

My 2 tend to wee in the corners of their hutch and when they come out, they'll wee in their basket Poo's however, will go everywhere

my two are litter trained. they go in their litter box and also at the top of the ramp, where i put carfresh and extra newspaper, when i put them in the cage, they run straight to the top to wee! awww!

mine just go wherever they want to go...and usually its in their water bowl! lol so i am forever cleaning out their water sometimes a dozen times a day p

My boys are so good -they go into a corner to do their poo`s and wee`s But the girls are so messie,lol they go way ever they are standing at the time of needing a wee/poo ,lol

I got a green corner plastic thing and put it in the corner Cookie goes to the toilet in. She used it for a couple of days but then i found she tossed it out of the way. She found it annoying having to lean her bum over a plastic pot lol so she still does her toilets in the corner, but not only one corner. Sometimes there's a heap on poo in all the corners of her cage There are sometimes poo in her food bowl lol
Maisey, she doesn't poo in the corner. Because Cookie wasn't using her plastic pot, i put it in Maisey's cage to see if she would use it instead but no, you can't train her. She just poos anywhere
