I'm curious to know if anyone has any answers. My guinea pigs live in my spare bedroom where there is a window and I am always opening the blind so they can have access to the natural light as they would in the wild. My partner is however constantly shutting the blinds for privacy reasons saying they don't need the natural light lol! Please help me settle this debate once and for all! :)

Hehe thank you will do! And it's a good place isn't it? Luckily mine don't really make any noise at night or I don't think they do! :)

How about a compromise? I use DC Fix static cling frosting on my windows as my dogs are reactive. It lets in the light lovely but stops anyone seeing in or out. You can get it in places like B&Q and its really easy to fix and remove.

Good shout may give it a try thank you :)

I like white net curtains, or there are opaque voiles but I like nets with patterns on which let all the light in. We live right on a main street and people just don't look past the nets... literally they're 3 feet away from me and staring at something on the windowsill (one of those solar-powered dancing figures) and don't realise I'm sitting here watching telly!
