Hi guys, looks like I will be getting some correx for a new C&C tomorrow but not sure if I will be able to fit the whole sheet in my car.. I may have to cut out the pieces at the plastics place.

Does anyone know if this stuff rolls without creasing or snapping. I know it will probably role more easily width ways (not going against the grain of the corrugation).

If I can bend it in half lengthways then it will fit C shaped into my boot/back seats. If it rolls width ways I may be able to slip it over the gearstick and into the footwell from the back of the boot.

Oh man. I guess I could always spend a little less and buy two sheets from teacrate but it's my second choice. The pieces are not as big and I will have to make more cuts and it's much thinner.

If its 4mm or thicker it won't roll , you with have to bend it or cut it ! Or get it delivered !

it may bend slightly but the 4mm stuff is tough. I made my pens using two 4ft x3ft sheets, a good overlap and no problems at all

Aaaah.. thanks.. the stuff I was looking at was 6mm I think.. I checked out teacrate too and wasnt sure. I was hoping to have it tomorrow but wont get it until Tuesday earliest and that's when I get the pigs.. also, the sheet sizes it stated is 200 by 100cms .. my C&C will be 185/145cm in an L shape so I will probably be making lots more cuts out of it than from a 240 by 120 cm piece. Oh the indecision! hahaha.
... yet the price on teacrate is fantastic! Shame the guinea discount thing doesnt work for me :(

How long does the 2mm stuff last?

Haha.. I cavvied (pun!) and teacrated it. I wen to the plastics place I was originally thinking of and they said they wouldnt cut the correx because "it splinters some'**** awful and buggers up the lathe... nah sorry.. really am sorry. £19 for the 2 sheets and delivery for £12?"

haha.. £15 and I can have 4 sheets of the thin correx. Sold.
