How dry is fleece?

Is it normal for fleece to sometimes feel wettish in places or does everything soak through it immediately?

Depends on what you have underneath to pull the moisture through. Sometimes if the towel or disposable pad underneath is satuated with wee it will not soak through. Or if the fleece is not immediately touching the absorbent layer underneath. Check to see if either of these is causing, if not put a bit if water on the fleece yourself self and see if it is doing its job. If not rewash with horrible detergent and see if its that!
