I have a 2x5 and I'd like to raise it off the floor. I don't have enough grids to do it that way, so I was wondering how else I could do it.

are you able to stick it on a table? i put mine on a trestle table but made a base from girds to stabalise it too

i have mine on a c&c base, but i had to buy an extra pack for it, although if you can afford it it's good because you'll usually have loads left for adding shelves and making a run (:

Also try charity shops for coffee tables, my cage that isn't a c&c is on an old coffee table thing, has a draw and things and is great (:

Mine is on a paste table....I thought I was going to have to sit something on the top of it but I didn't. I just made sure the correx was securely fastened to the grids so that when I sat it on the table, it wasn't loose....works perfectly

I have a 2x5 as well and found it hard and expensive to find a table big enough! I ended up making a table out of mdf and 6 long square pieces of wood for the legs. Just glued it together with wood glue, works well, put all the g pig bits underneath and the cage on top.

Thanks for all of the replies and suggstions. My mum's partner is a huge DIY'er and he has a load of wood laying around. So he's cut me some for the top, and 6, 14-inch legs. They're bringing it round tomorrow, so I've just got to get some paint now. The piggies cage should be on it by the end of the weekend I think :)
Will post pics of it when its done if you'd like to see it.

Looking forward to your pics, we are currently planning our c&c.
I saw a pic where someone had their c&c on a piece of mdf and it was placed on top of a small bookcase (Argos or Ikea do them) either end. The shelves can be used for storing piggy things too. :)

I'd be interested to see a pic too as we're moving house and planning on making a wooden stand for the piggies :(|)

Sorry I forgot to post a picture.
With the cage being on the table it is a lot easier to clean and I have loads of piggie storage underneath.
The top of the table is 75x33 inches and each leg (there is 6 in total) is 4 inches high.
