Hi, I am just wondering how do you know if your guinea pig is allergic to something? One time we gave them yellow pepper and they sneezed but only once is this something we should be cautious about?. Thank you for all your help :)

This is a video of Joey and Chandler when they were still outside 😇. I thought this was adorable

Sneezing can be because of dust from hay or bedding in the airway, clearing the airway, or as a sign of a respiratory infection.
Allergies in guinea pigs are rare and sneezing when given a piece of pepper would have been highly likely to have been caused by something prior to you giving the pepper.
