spot clean the piggies hutch ? just clean out the poo and wet bits, what tool should i use? sorry new mummy question isnt it lol :))
 
Or you could buy a pooper scooper for cat litter trays?
 
or a dustbuster but do remove pig first! :)) Or a brush and pan will do!
 
I know you'll probably think I'm gross :))....but I just pick up the poos with my bare hands...of course thoroughly wash them right after.

I pick poos of living room carpet all time with my hands and chuck them back in the cage! :)) I also do wash straight after also :))
 
i used tissue yesterday but decided to buy the cat litter thing today from wilkos hehe works well actually :)) thanks girls xx
 
they were a bit concerned at first but they are used to it now.

most hand helds (in my experience) are less powerful and therefore less noisy than "big" hoovers. ad the lower power means your fleece doesn't disappear up the hoover :))
 
lol good point, my piggies poop all over the place so i think id have to hoover out the whole hutch if i used a hoover lol !
 
I use my dyson a newish one so very loud! - obviously i remove the piggies first. But they are used to it now and carry on eating etc.. whilst I am doing it ! They get used to things the more you expose them to it! Tiger even has started popcorning whilst hoover is on if he is second for the cage clean as he knows it is coming and they love a nice clean cage bless x)
 
Dustpan and brush they go downstairs while i am doing upstairs then i chase them round to get them out in there run
