I have had my pigs for almost a year now and for the first few months i kept them indoors in a 3x5 c and c cage in my bedroom (ive got 4). However, the cage took up almost all the spare room i had so i moved them outside to my old play house. It is 2m by 1.3m. I put some waterproof flooring down, added a shelf for their stuff and moved them in. They seem very happy in there and often go out in my old guinea pigs outdoor run for some grass time but i have decided that i would really like to move them back indoors again. ever since they moved outside i feel like i dont spend much time at all with them and as a result of that, they have disconnected with me. I miss being able to see them all the time and feel like it would be better for both them and me if they moved back indoors again. But then i have the space problem again. Also, my mum probably would be very against having them bacl indoors again because she didnt like the way they smelt. i also cant have my cat in my room because there is no lid on their c and c cage. Can anyone help? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
