I put ice packs - you know the kind you put in picnic boxes wrapped in a fleece in my piggies cage - they love them in hot weather - they lay ontop of them - or even just against them...... Bottles of frozen water works well too - but remember to wrap them in a fleece/blanket/towel so they don't get frost bite!
