Hey, for the last week it's been ~24 degrees in my house. Piggies are doing fine, they're on the floor and it's a bit cooler. I'm going to buy a vent for my room, but I can buy it on the 1st of July...
Now the problem is, for the next 3 days I won't be home, which means I can't keep my windows wide open, just the top part. I'm afraid it could go up to 27 degrees then.
I've read this: Hot Weather Management And Heat Strokes
I could leave bottles etc, but they'd get warm with a few hours. :( Will they be okay? There won't be any direct sunlight.

Will someone be coming in to visit and care for your guinea pigs?
Maybe you could ask them to come first thing in the morning and open all the windows etc to cool the room down, and also add cold water bottles etc.
If it is going to be really hot you would probably want someone to pop in twice a day just to keep a close eye on everything.

I'll be gone from 11-18 every day. My mother can go and buy the vent tomorrow and luckily today is a cooler day (20c), they'll be okay. :) Thank you though!
