Hoping to have Leo and Augustus back living together...

Leo and Augustus are getting a new cage soon! Its pretty big and I thought it might be the perfect opportunity to put them back to living together again ..... They fell out back in November and Augustus had quite a bite out of his cheek ;( which I can only assumed Leo caused.

I want it to have the best possible chance of it working, so I was thinking of bathing them beforehand and then putting them in the same box to dry off and then putting them in their brand new cage together ..... with all clean and scrubbed like new toys/hideys etc. Is there anything else I can do?

The new cage is substantially bigger so I am hoping to have x2 of everything including feeding bowls, sleeping areas etc

I hope it goes well - unfortunatley when my various pairs fell out I did try putting them back together, but blood was shed again! but good luck and hope they get on much better

It is always worth a go, if it doesn't work out will you be able to divide the cage so they still have each other for company but they can't actually hurt each other?

yes I hope it works out .... they would have so much more space. If it doesnt work out then I have enough baking trays to put a partition up in the bottom half of the cage and the same above....
