Honking in Guinea pigs?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about honking. I’ve had two of my piggies make this noise and after researching figured they had a bit of hay of something trapped. However one of those piggies has made the noise a few times since. She sounds like a duck :/ it usually happens in the morning either before or after veggies, it really worries me every time she does it, but then she coughs and it clears and goes away. I even had her checked my a vet and she didn’t find anything wrong. If it was respiratory it would be happening more often surely? And I would be seeing other symptoms. Could she have a smaller respiratory track causing hay and dust to get trapped more easily, I’m not sure if that’s possible. She doesn’t have any other symptoms of a heart condition as far as I’m away.
