Home made pee pad

I've been watching videos and reading about fleece set ups. I have some basics as I'm just starting out with this. For the stuff that needs changing every day I wondered if this would be good for a pee pad. I'd sew fleece for an outer layer and maybe Terry towl inside for extra comfort... Maybe.

I’m not sure, I just use small fleece pads with fleece on both sides and an absorbent layer in between like a towel or uhaul moving blanket. I put them in areas where they seem to pee (corners and where their food is) and then change them daily. The moisture stays inside and keeps them and their main fleece liner dry.

For my pee pads I just sew 2 layers of fleece together.

OK thanks. I've got some water absorbent liners that are microfiber towls from Decathlon, and two fleece blankets which is for on top. First night went well, top layer still dry, poos easy to remove. Hay is a bit of a pain though, it gets everywhere!
