Anyone had experience of this? I'm washing at 30 and not tumble drying. Also use non bio. They're made with polar fleece and 100% cotton mattress topper

Whenever I make my liners, I tend to preshrink the fabric first by washing it on a hot wash a couple of times. I learnt the hard way when I didn't bother with my first attempt, a 4x2 ended up almost the size of a pee pad! :))

:lol!:

I also found that a place I ordered my old fleece liners from shrunk as they didn't give it a few extra inches for risk of shrinking during washing

Hi I machined mine round the outside & then machined about 2/3inches in from the side stitch. If it's a big one contine to do this. Then wash & tumble dry if you want, the stitching will stop it from shrinking.
Did you wick the fleece first.

My liner with zorb inside it shrank a bit but the one with a double layer of cotton mattress protector inside was fine ...

I prewash fleece and lining on 90 and make slightly larger than I need after learning the hard way.

I have also got a couple of homemade liners that are a bit 'skimpy' round the edge.
I also now pre-wash everything!
