Hi all , new here but not to guinea pigs. Long story short I have had a foster pig come in and notice this on his back. It’s not raised but more like a hole? It isn’t an open wound or anything. He was housed with a rabbit but they are separated. Thanks in advance.

Hi. That looks like a puncture wound from an injury or possibly a burst cyst.
As the piggy has been housed with a rabbit I would recommend a vet check in any event in case of communicable diseases from rabbits to piggies.
