Junior Guinea Pig
I had my neice today and she has been bursting to hold Patch and Fudge (she lives on a farm so is used to baby chicks and stuff but desperatly wants a piggie lol) So I sit her and Sarah on the sofa, towel on there laps incase of accidents and place the 2 babies on there laps.
When they were being stroked they sort of jumped up and turned there heads to nibble themselves or jumped and shook, I dont think it was nerves as they are used to being held, they were being very skittish though and charging around at speed. It isnt like them normally they sit to eat and while they do walk about they arnt jumpy, my neice handled them confidently and was gentle so I dont think she upset them and they should be used to Sarah. Could it be excitement or the fact they are getting used to us and showing there cheeky side? Or could there be something wrong?
They seem fine in there cage, washing themselves, jumping about and eating like we are about to run out of food (or could they know I alllowed the kids to have there goodies for lunch {:| )
