Well i wasnt adopting anymore until i heard the story of this little one, She is about 18 months old very fat and covered in mites and has a lot of dry skin

I have had to give her a bath she just lay there and let me do whatever i had to do she never wheeked once, she looks so sad that my heart went out to her and yes I'm a sucker !

The lady wasnt sure of her background but that she was handed into her worse than what she is now and asked if i would be able to help her

My girls have really taken to her and after she was bathed and all cleaned up she was put in with them Rags went straight to her and started licking her and nizzling then buttercup came over and sat the other side of her was really sweet

Here is holly with my girls

Ive had to give her a trim as well as she was all notted at the back, i felt awful. She is very heavy and I'm not sure if she cud be pregnant as she is rather rounded at the back but i cant feel any movement

So there you go i wanted to have another boar but I'm full now so lets hope she improves

I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but...

I personally do not think it is wise putting a sow that (I presume you have just aquired) in with your existing girls. it's always wise in my opinion to quarantine animals from an unknown background as they may be harbouring parasitic and fungal infection, even if asymptomatic. Respiratory infections can be passed this way too. I'd suggest a 3 week quarantine period.
I'd be especially cautious with this girl as you say she is actually showing signs of skin problems.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I wouldn't want to see your guineas become ill because of the new arrival.
If you are unaware of her history, keep in mind that the "heaviness" may be linked to ovarian cysts, especially if she is an older girl.
Good luck with Holly and I hope she is soon feeling better.

Thats a very valid point and i dont take offence easily !

She had already been with 4 other girls and had her for a while and was treating the skin trouble too, my boys had the same probs with their skin so i know what to do !

I have no where else to house her at the moment other than with the others

She's lovely, very similar to my alpaca Lottie. I hope she isn't pregnant or has cysts and that you can nurse her back to full health :)
