Hemp bedding is it safe?

Just been looking on zooplus and came across this bedding.

I was wondering if this would be safe to use in the hayloft and is it soft or is it more like megazorb?

Was thinking of trying it in the hayloft if its suitable.

I'm sure someone mentioned using hemp recently but I may just be imagining it. Let me know if you decide to try it, I'd be interested to know what it's like.

Ive been trying to search the internet and see what they say, but no luck as of yet.

But they seem to sell it much cheaper on other places and on eBay they sell a small bag for 99p maybe worth a try just for a sample.

Did a quick search and realised that aubiose is a hemp bedding- I didn't know that . rolleyes

So it must be safe then as that is one of the recommendations in the bedding thread isnt it?

I shall see if i can find more info, i just want to know if its soft or hard, as I'm using bed o linum now but i find that it gets stuck in the boys bits and i had a splinter from it! So now i use a layer of bed o linum and then put newspaper on top that, it still absorbs the wee from the top paper and the boys dont get stuck everywhere.
