Please try to contact a vet asap. A gasping guinea pig is one in respiratory distress since guinea pigs are not much in the way of mouth breathers.
My fingers are very firmly crossed for you and your poorly girl.

She has an upper respiratory infection and we caught it very early so she will be ok! She is spending the night at the office so
