If you look in the box where you type your post, you should see a button with a paper clip and ‘Attach files’. You can then choose photos from an album or take a photo.

Photo posting isn’t immediately granted. You have to wait a short while after you’ve joined.

This is the health & illness section so please can you start your post with what appears to be the problem. There is a forum section where you could ask technical questions.
