This is my first time ever owning a guinea pig an this just recently popped up I'm not sure what it could be . please someone help!

Hard to tell from the photo but could be a cyst or could be an infected grease gland. Either way you need to see a vet to diagnose and prescribe appropriate medication. As long as piggy is eating and drinking normally you can wait for normal vet opening hours
 
Is there a lump there? Is that puss coming out? It could be a burst abscess. Definitely get to a vet as soon as you can.
