Hi guys,
I have a Midwest cage (and an extra cage joined on...) but was hoping to build a loft 1x2 and ramp.
I have looked at candccages.co.uk and to order what I want ready made is £45 when you put on delivery!
My new plan is to build a loft myself....
So... If you were going to build a 1x2 loft with ramp, what would you order? ( how many grids etc?)

Thanks in advance:)

Would this be any good?

It's from way fair and is plastic and metal so thinking I wouldn't need to get any correx?

What you can do is maybe search on ebay for interlocking cube cupboard. Same idea as c&c but SO much cheaper. They come with wee clips to clip each square together so you can make what ever shape you want! They come in a great amount of squares but at least you can have them spare or have a play pen or even make it a bigger cage!

Thankyou:) so if I ordered that, how would I attach it to the cage? Would I need like a piece of wood on top of my Midwest then put the grids on top and attach a ramp?

I dont think you have to because with those grids you can make a stand (1x2 with 4 grids) then walls and roof (optional) then you can place it on one side of the cage. A peice of wood with grips can be used as the ramp or wood wrapped in fleece or thin carpet.

These plastic coated grids have connectors too. They are same size as metal grids.I use them for my piggies same way as you would use grids for c&c
