I have a huge cage and the standard shop bought fleece throws are not quite long enough for the cage. I have been popping two fleeces down to extend the length however my two girls are cottoned on and crawl under the fleece and rip up the newspaper!

Can anyone help me about where I can find bigger cuts of fleece?
Looking online just to go up by 20cms or so increases the price hugely!

I love the paw print fleece from primark but it's too small!

Any ideas greatly received! Xx

Do you sew? You could sew the two pieces together. Some people put heavy things on the edges where the two pieces meet. You could try put their hidey house on the overlapping edge and see if they can still get under.

I had the exact same problem with my primark fleeces - luckily my next door neighbour is a textiles teacher so I asked her to sew them together for me. Since then I found that b and m do bigger fleeces that work in my cage. Or you could order any size off some shops on eBay.

do you have a haberdashery near you - market stalls selling material for dress making etc are often cheaper and you can buy it off the roll.

if you aren't fussed on colours it might also be worth asking if they have any end of roll fleece on clearance.

Thank you for the replies!

I am going on a hunt for more fleece today, failing that the sewing kit is coming out!
