I have a 5ft x 2.5ft wooden run attached to a 4ft x 2ft wire run - both triangle and I would like to change to a much easier to move about run. Can you guys help me figure out the square footage of my current set up - its basically 9' x 2' (for ease of working it out), if I go square what is the minimum x by x size I need to get to have the equivilent.

I have been umming and arring over whether I stick to what I have, I like my wire one and the wooden one which was a bargain, but its a pain to move them about and then set the wire puppy pen up infront - I can keep the wire one and the pen as a quick run set up as they are easy to put together and secure, but with the top of the puppy pen being open I wont leave them unsupervised when let loose. So I think my only real alternative is to find a square - fold up would be fine, but not important, dont mind what its made of but it has to have a roof on it.

Any ideas on what size I need to look for and any recommentations would be great too.

9' x 2' = 18 sq ft.

The nearest square sized run would be 4' x 4' giving 16 sq ft or 5' x 4' giving 20 sq ft.

Thank you, my brain is completely befuddled with all the different measurements, I understand imperial, and metric but to change one to the other makes me confused them some are in inches when I want to know feet, then I get even more confused :red

I need basically 5' x 4' or larger to keep them happy - I have a nice sized lawn area so I can take a good sized run.

Having a look about I see some of the runs have a small opening, mine are a nightmare to catch once they are in it rolleyes so I need good axcess.
