I just typed "fleece fabric" into e-bays search, amazon also does some, too. You will need old towels or newspaper (or something else absorbent) underneath the fleece as well.
I bought 4 large pet fleeces from Dunelm Mill (150x200cm). They were reduced from about £6-7 to just under a £5 about 2 weeks ago. I'me sure you can get cheaper but I wanted quite large ones so I could double them up (I also bought enough so I could use 2 while the others were being washed.)
I was using woodshavings but have found the fleece to be really good. No smells, no damp patches and will save me more in the long run. Just have to clean out poo etc. daily or at least every other day but it takes like five minutes.
