hi ive found 2 lovely piggies that ive fallen in love with. i bought a cage off a friend telling me it was 5 ft long, only to see when it was delivered it was 3ft long which no good for nothing 8...
ive found a lovely lady that rescues these beautful creatures and i really want to adopt these 2 handsome men. if ANY ONE can help me please do so.
i have a 4ft hutch that i can bring in but want a cage. if you know of any please let me know, I'm in south wales uk thanks

Ebay is your best bet for bargain cages - always give them a thorough clean out with a pet disinfectant. I use F10 now on the pens and accessories, a little goes a long way.
Check local papers, adverts etc. preloved, gumtree as well.
Pet stores sell them so shop around, can be pricey for a large one - think I paid £70 for a 4ft cage for two 'foster' piggies who ended up staying with us :)) ;)
Zooplus are good but a lot of their stuff is damaged upon arrival !
I like these for a run around indoors:

The Liberta are brilliant and massive - we have these for our piggies in our caravan.

Have a look on freeads and gumtree too. If the boars are still only little pups then you might be able to use the cage as a temporary home until you can get a proper size cage. It would be worth keeping the cage as a 'hospital' cage in case you ever need to seperate a piggy for some reason. Good luck with your search for something more suitable. :)

id demand the money back off my friend :-) and buy the 120 cm cage from zooplus

you can sometimes get 120cm cages in pet shops for around £50 mine does a no make one for that much

I've got a £40 cage from zooplus which I think is the one shown for my two elderly girlies. It's a cracking cage for the money. I wanted a cheap one to get them out of the smal cage they'd spent their whole loves in while I did intros.

Unfortunately they were not going to get on with my other two and their idea of an active day is sleeping curled up on the side close to the radiator. So they've stayed in it. For younger piggies they could probably do with some daily floor time.
