Hello again,

As some of you know I need to buy a hutch soon for my guinea-pig as she will be living outside for the summer.

But I am having a bleeding nightmare looking for one.

I don't want a single storey hutch.

I don't want 4x2 double hutch as I think it'd be too small for 2 piggy (maybe)

So a 5ft double storey would be perfect but there aren't any for sale. Only 5 ft single storey. :{

Also I'd like to get a hutch that has got easy access to the run. A large run preferably that is attached to the hutch. But I can't find any. Only these ones,http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RABBIT-HUTCH-...et_Supplies_Small_Animals?hash=item3efe33ed0f but I don't want them ones?!

That why I like this one as it's much cheaper than buying a separate hutch and run.

But the bedroom department isn't that big - not big enough for 2 piggies?

So what do I do!?!?!

Gaahhhhhhhhhhh I will pull my hair out soon..... @)

But I'd really appreciate your feedbacks, suggestions, help - whatever you want to say!

Thank-you for reading, and hope to hear from you soon.
Lessie

P.s My budget is £150-£200. But the cheaper the better for me!

find someone that builds hutches etc and get a custom build no point wasting money on one that is not big enough or that your not happy with!

Good luck! xxxxxxx :))

How about something like this [ame]http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trixie-Natura-Rabbit-62321-enclosure/dp/B000WFFZCG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=outdoors&qid=1270061005&sr=1-2[/ame] there are lots of things like this on amazon. I had the same problem last week. I was desperate for a new hutch and couldn't find the one I wanted anywhere. I eventually found one on ebay

Or what about this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GIANT-6FT-Dou...et_Supplies_Small_Animals?hash=item35a1e1709f I have the single story version of this hutch and it is big enough for my 3 girls so if you had this double story one, you wouldn't even need to buy a seperate run and they really are huge

Hi,

So if I get that 6ft double storey hutch, I don't need to buy an large permenant attached run?

But a folding run on its own perhaps, so they can go on the grass, and when it's not in used it can be folded away?

Are you sure it's big enough for 1 or 2 guinea pig without a permenant attached run?

Thanks lessie

Well, this is the hutch that I have http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GIANT-6ft-Sin...et_Supplies_Small_Animals?hash=item4ce9a7a4c8 and I have 3 piggies living in it. I have a seperate run as well. To be honest, I think that the double story version will be too big for 1 guinea pig.

Here is the thread that I posted last week when I ordered by single story one and I had some positive replies :)

If you can afford a seperate run, the 6ft single story one will be big enough :)

http://www.rabbithutchwarehouse.co.uk/hutches.php is where I have ordered mine from - will be here Tuesday. they have some fab ones with detachable runs on... not too expensive either.

I have ordered the 4ft 3 storey with detachable run :))

I must admit, I had a look on there and they have some lovely hutches. The only reason I went with the one from ebay is because I wanted a huge single story one :)
