Help for three month old Guinea pig

We bought a Guinea pig from a pet shop but it deteriorated quickly over a week. We have kept it going by feeding it baby food specifically carrot, broccoli and sweet potato mix. She can’t/ won’t eat solid food or mushy grain pellets. Her teeth are fine and she is still severely underweight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has she seen a vet? You need a diagnosis as to what the issue actually is, and any possible treatment.
If not, please get her seen as an emergency.

Please don’t feed her all that veg - it’s not the right thing for a poorly piggy. A guinea pig needs a fibre rich recovery feed such as oxbow critical care, emeraid or mushed pellets as the emergency alternative (but mushed pellets contain less fibre than recovery feed so given her seemingly urgent state please do get recovery feed).
Syringing her all that veg and no fibre will not help her (and may in fact make her worse) as this isn’t fibre the gut needs and aren’t foods she should be eating regularly (carrot is far too much sugar, brocolli can cause bloat, root veg such as sweet potato (and the carrot) shouldnt be in the diet).

You need to weigh every morning to check she is getting enough fibre to keep her weight stable every day and to urgently see a vet.

Does she have a friend?
Piggies should never be alone so if she does have a companion, keep them together at all times so she feels comforted.
If she doesn’t have a friend then once she is better you must get her one.

Is there another vet around that could see her? Can you get critical care, you should be able to buy it at any vet practice.

Use normal guinea pig pellets and mush them with warm water if you cant get a proper recovery feed just yet. Mushed pellets is the emergency and it is there which she needs if you can’t get critical care.
She really cannot just eat carrot and broccoli purée. She shouldn’t be having solely veg puree at all as it isn’t what her gut needs to function, and without chewing hay her teeth will overgrow as well.

What did the vet say?
Can you find another vet?
Have you been weighing her every day?
Are you giving her hay?
Is she making any effort to chew hay?
