Hi, I am a newbie owner of two, 3yr old piggies who live outside. They have a very thick bed of hay which they burrow into at night with a hutch cover to keep it warm but I was looking at the microwaveable heats pads and wondered if they can be used under a bed of hay/straw safely?

So long as you put them into a cover, so the piggies don't get scalded.
