Hi, one of my daughter's guinea pigs has redish back feet. Red feet on their own aren’t necessarily a problem. It may just be because piggy is warm. You may be wise to review what bedding you are using and how often it is cleaned out if you notice any issues.
If there are open wounds or scabs on the feet then that is a problem as those symptoms are bumblefoot which require vet care.

Hair loss may also be a problem - it can be because of a parasite issue or fungal infection. It could be because of barbering or self barbering which can be because of pain in the area.

It would be a good idea for you to have the piggies checked out by a vet
