These are her baby pictures from the breeder and you can kind of see a little bit of the head tilt in it there even though the breeder didn't tell me anything about a head tilt

Please have your piggy checked by a vet. If can be because of ear pain but also due to neurological problems.

Please do not let your guinea pig eat sugar - this is very bad for them. She needs to eat hay constantly.

Does she live with another guinea pig?

Id suggest a vet check just to get your piggy checked out...I have a special needs piggy...due to an eye injury he is blind in one eye but recently developed a head tilt...it was gradual but we took him anyway he had ear inflammation due to they think a hay poke...after antibiotics his ear is fine but still has a quizzical head tilt...the vet suggests it may be because of his eye or he thinks more than likely a growth behind it that may be causing other issues...he eats and drinks fine and it a complete bulldozer...it is always worth a check as it can mitigate any medical issues...even if they're not major right now its worth knowing they're there in case they flare up later...
