head tilt when eating

if that is infection, can i use baytril as antibiotic?

Yes, but please have a vet check to see whether the outer ear is free first before you treat for any infection; don't use antibiotics on spec because you can cause resistance due to overuse.
Please do not pour anything into an ear on spec; you can make the pain and head tilt for much worse if it is just something clogging up the outer ear.

If you have concerns about teeth, have a look at the incisors; if they are slanted, then this means that your piggy is most likely chewing just on one side of the mouth as a result of a pain issue.

Hi

I am very sorry but that is something we cannot tell you sight unseen and without any hands-on access. This is one of our major draw backs.

The inner ear/the balance organ is deeper in the head but any pressure from the jaw muscles will impact, as I can assure you from my own experience with a very nasty ear infection.

Have you actually checked for gunk inside the ear or just touched it and compared both ears to be able to spot what looks normal or not?

His ears looks pretty normal, just some usual ear wax. last time i checked him by giving him some pea flakes, he only tilt his head at the first time he ate the pea and no head tilt for the next pea. kinda confusing
