Haybag Reccomendations

Hay everyone.

so my boys are young, and small, and seem to be having a little trouble with their hay rack, so i want to get a hay bag, but i dont have alot of spare money as i aoready spent so much on them!

What hay bags do you reccomend and how much? I can onoy reaaly afford about £5 :S

Do you have fleece? You can make your own hay bag for free, it requires not much basic sewing.

The holes should be either big enough for the pig to hop in and out safely, or too small to get any heads stuck.

Snoozies Cozies isnt taking orders right now I love her corner cozy/tunnels, i may get the boys a couple of those for Christmas!

Good idea, making them might work out cheaper for you, especially if you have a sewer in the family.

They are super easy to make. But don't make them in a square shape, the hay gets stuck right into the corners. If you try to do it in this shape or more rounded, it works out much better.

Thanks for the tip about the corners! I might have a go, but if i can find one in price range i would just buy it lol

I defo recommend Snoozie's Cozies I have three all of which are used as hammocks. Not taking custom orders but she might have some ready to send out.

Oooohhhh you just gave me an idea about the corners. What if they were made in an upside down triangle? Probably need a couple but the hay wouldn't get stuck, it would keep going all the way down?!? I might try one when I have time.
