I stopped using hay box over a year ago - bad hay, damaged boxes/bags and rude customer service
I use The Little Hay Company and have found them reliable , excellent quality hay and lovely customer service
You do pay for delivery but it’s usually next day and very well packaged. They often have special offers
There are lots of varieties and they do forage packs …..nettles/ plantain leaves etc
I stopped using HayBox too when the service slipped.
I now use the Hay and Straw Company.
Delivery is fast and free.
The hay is lovely, especially the Ings- according to Moses & Miriam
Ings hay is meadow hay,but grown near river water,on there own farm.you get lots of forage with it.its long stranded hay.slightly more course that there meadow hay.but my guinea pigs love ings hay,i use there soft meadow hay.
