Hay storage

Hi guys just looking on your top tips for hay storage? I currently have mine in a bag for life in its original packaging but burst open to allow it to breath I also poke holes in the bag and keep it in a cool cupboard but I’ve heard of laundry pop up hampers or duvet covers just wondering which is best he hay seems to smell ok and it’s dry many thanks

Also wondering about dust should I be shaking the hay outside first or…

Anything that doesn’t cause it to sweat is fine.
Mine is stored in cardboard boxes but it also arrives in them

I store mine in a large bag in the garage

Mine is in the bags it comes in. They are stored in the shed.
